Wild Grape Jelly

Here on our farm we produce hardy concord grapes and harvest them in September after a hard frost which sweetens them. We also go out and pick wild grapes in the back hills of Wilno to mix into this lovely grape jelly. This jelly is tart and sweet and made with our organic concord grapes & wild grapes grown here on our farm and in the Wilno hills. Refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: Organic Concord Grape Juice(deGroots), Sugar, Pectin
