Concord Grape Jelly

Here on our farm we produce hardy concord grapes and harvest them in September after a hard frost which sweetens them. This jelly is tart and sweet and made with our organic concord grapes grown here in our farm in Wilno. Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients: Organic Concord Grape Juice(deGroots), Sugar, Pectin
